A view of a pond over a low stone wall near the coast at Bangor, Northern Ireland.
I thought the textures and colours in the stone was pretty interesting. In the background, lying down in the field to the left, are a few cows. A reworking of this deviation, the original is rather dark and lacks fine detail. I prefer this version. Best viewed at large size. Comments

Critiques
The rustiness of the foreground compliment the cool greens and blues of the background, though, which make a nice frame together. The lighting level works quite well here, and gives it an overall sense of calm.
It really is a great piece, I was very impressed when I saw it. Well done and I will look at your other pieces!
